American Coastal Combined Pitch
Updated Commentary as of 1/1/2024
I have seen a lot of people joining the substack post the hurricanes in Florida. As such, I wanted to post the American Coastal writeup that Daikoku Capital and I created in January of 2024 which combined our views from the initial two writeups.
The information in this writeup is relatively the same as the original and double down writeups that Daikoku and I worked on. However, there is some updated commentary throughout such as on what would happen in a 3-event scenario as well as AmCo’s historical reserving.
